I just wanted to share my experience with the cardiac rehab team at the New Victoria Hospital in Glasgow.
Following a heart attack I started attending the classes but felt quite anxious at the thought of getting out and about and mixing with people again.
The team are just brilliant, making everyone feel absolutely at ease without creating pressure. The classes are excellent with a great mix of recovery and humour.
These classes are a must on your road to recovery.
