(as the patient),

These ladies are truly amazing! The care and treatment they provide is of a very high standard. They always welcome me with a smile, are very good at listening and carry out their duties with empathy rather than sympathy which is great for someone living with cancer. They always give me hope for the future and always encourage me to stay after my appointment for a chat with either them or other patients. The space they have within the department is fabulous for this.
