"They keep us grounded"

We frequently see Anne, fertility counsellor, at the Assisted Conception Unit in Ninewells. She is kind, warm and reassuring. All the staff in the unit are. We feel we are listened to, our emotions are validated and after a chat with Anne (or nurses) the torch of hope burns brighter again. This is the worst rollercoaster that we are so desperate to get off but the support from Anne and the ACU team helps keep us grounded (and sane!) so we are forever grateful.
