"Outstanding care and compassion"

I wanted to share how grateful I am for the care I received from Mr John Scott, Consultant Plastic Surgeon, Glasgow Royal Infirmary. From the very first appointment he made me feel listened to and genuinely cared for. He took the time to explain everything clearly , answered all my questions with patience and made sure I understood my treatment plan. What stood out most was his kindness and professionalism - I never ever felt rushed, and he treated me as a person, not just a patient. His calm, reassuring manner really helped me through the most difficult time in my life and I always felt supported throughout my journey. Mr Scott even took the time out of his exceptionally busy schedule to phone my husband post operatively to give him an update on my surgery and to let him know I was in the recovery suite.  I cant thank Mr Scott and his team enough for their exceptional care.  They truly go above and beyond for their patients and I feel very lucky to have been under his care.
