From start to finish Courtney was very professional and friendly and listened intently gathering as much evidence as she could prior to the actual assessments. Courtney went above and beyond with her support in helping my daughter to understand her recent diagnosis of Autism and her communication has been second to none. Updating me on a regular basis around appointments and sending reports. Explaining what to expect from assessment and process from gathering evidence to closing the involvement with CAMHs and making a referral to the AIAS. Courtney has been supportive to both myself and daughter throughout. I can't thank Courtney enough ☺️

My name is Jola and im one of the Team Managers in the RDaSH Children's Neurodevelopment Team. Thank you so much to leave us with this feedback on your experience of the assessment pathway!

Its so good to hear that Courtney did such a comprehensively good job of supporting you and your daughter. We know how important it is to get communication with our service users right from the outset, both in helping to explain the process, but also helping children like your daughter understand their diagnosis and what it means for them, It sounds like thats exactly what Courtney has done.

I will be passing on your feedback to Courtney to thank her for doing such an outstanding job. Thank you again for leaving us this feedback, it really supports us to continue developing the service. I wish you both the very best.
