My mother was at the audiology dept at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. She was seen by a lovely lady Kim. My mother is 94 and Kim was so patient understanding and professional.
Kim has a really lovely manner and was very informative about her hearing. My mum has to see Kim again and is very pleased that it’s Kim she will be seeing.
