"Everything ran incredibly smoothly"

Good morning,

I had a blood test this morning at Phlebotomy in Amersham Hospital and, overall, I had an extremely positive experience. Everything ran incredibly smoothly from the directions on the website about how to find the department, the lady who I spoke to at the reception of the phlebotomy department and the lady (Kim) who took my blood. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. 

I was surprised to hear that the air conditioning in the phlebotomy room doesn’t work (and I understand hasn’t worked for the last 2 years), that the room runs 7 degrees hotter than the outside temperature and this understandably creates a challenging work environment for the staff who work there.

Please could the air conditioning be looked into?
