"⭐ Outstanding Care ⭐"

I wanted to share my experience to highlight the incredible people still working in our NHS.

My daughter needed an operation to correct double vision and a turn in her eye. Due to her age at the time, she became classed as an adult before the surgery took place, which made the process a little more complicated.

We were extremely fortunate to be referred to Dr. McNally, who was simply outstanding. She was attentive, compassionate, and did everything possible to ensure my daughter received her treatment as soon as possible. After more than two years of careful monitoring and preparation, the surgery finally went ahead — and the results have been life-changing.

Thank you, Dr. McNally. Your expertise and kindness have made such a difference to my daughter’s life.

I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Carol,  Dr. McNally’s secretary. She was always kind, patient, and so helpful every time I called. She responded quickly, passed on messages, and never made me feel like a nuisance — even though I rang many times.
