"It has all been outstanding"

Had surgery 2 years ago for a chlostroma in my ear and Dr Ricks was absolutely amazing during surgery and after. Had follow up last year and this year also had some discomfort in my throat. Appointment within 10 days was sent at lovely hospital in Ottery for first thing in the morning. Saw a lovely female consultant who looked in my ear and confirmed debris and removed. Also proceeded to do a camera down my nose. Absolutely amazing, gentle and fast and confirmed no issues there and then. 

Due to many procedures and operations as I child I always had fears about having surgery on my ears and camera due to recent experience. However, since having my initial surgery 2 years ago and all follow up appointments they have been outstanding, despite being clearly busier with more patients. Their service has dispelled so much of the anxiety around my ears and camera it has been amazing. Thank you all so much.
