I was hesitant at first but enjoyed it, found the exercises easily to follow and the instructors were helpful and explained the exercises clearly. I enjoyed meeting new people and having a coffee with them. I have learnt a lot and understand the need for exercise.

Respiratory Physio, I support patients with managing breathlessness and clearing their chest. I also run the pulmonary rehab service.

It's great to hear you found the course helpful, if you need to attend again in the future you can be referred by your GP surgery.
