"I cannot speak more highly of the duty of care"

My sone was found to have HEP-C after a blood test about June 2025, he was taken care of by Sheena, who went above and beyond in the care he receives. She pushed and pushed to get an appointment with a specialist consultant which we have been waiting for 2 months and is still pushing for the care my son requires. Without Sheena's help he would not be getting anywhere. I cannot speak more highly of the duty of care Sheen is providing for us and the doors she is opening for my sons care
