Our experience with the Continuity of Midwifery Carer Service through the Emerald Team has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first appointment right through to the birth of our baby, and the follow up home visits, we felt fully supported, understood, and genuinely cared for every step of the way.

Sarah, our midwife, was incredible. Her kindness, knowledge, understanding, and genuine care went far beyond what we could have hoped for. She took the time to get to know us, our needs, our hopes, and our preferences, and made us feel truly heard and valued. We honestly feel we struck the jackpot having Sarah guide us through this pregnancy and delivery.

The continuity of care, having the same midwife throughout the journey, was a complete game changer. It allowed us to build trust, respect, and a strong relationship that made every appointment and every stage feel personal, calm, and positive. It is a model of care that should be celebrated and protected.

On the day of delivery, Sarah, Briege, and Meabh were simply amazing. Their empathy, technical knowledge, professionalism, and calm reassurance made the experience one we will always cherish. They worked seamlessly as a team, and we felt completely safe and supported throughout.

Compared to previous journeys with our other children, this experience stood out in every possible way. The personal touch, the genuine relationships, and the sense of continuity made all the difference.
