About: The Ulster Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

My ten year old daughter attended UCC at UHD recently. She had hurt her thumb at gymnastics. She was looked after exceptionally well by Sasha. He took time to explain everything to her and was very caring. I have worked in the health service for 25 years and he stands out as being one of the most professional, caring individuals i have come across. Our experience could not be faulted. The UCC is a fantastic facility! Thank you Sasha and the team in UCC

Thank you for taking the time to tell us of you and your daughters experience when attending Urgent Care at the Ulster hospital. Yes Sasha is a great member of our team, very caring, professional and compassionate towards his patients and indeed his colleagues. I will share your lovely comments with him, he will be delighted to receive them. I hope your daughter's thumb is much better and healing well following her injury. The UCC is a very busy but great service for our patients. Best wishes to you both.
