"Excellent care for my daughter"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Daisy Paediatric Ward Daisy Hill Hospital / Paediatric Theatres (6th Floor)

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter attended Daisy Hill Hospital for a day procedure to have her tonsils and adenoids removed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, reassuring, and professional. The nurses took time to explain everything in a way my daughter could understand, which really helped to calm her nerves.

A special thank you to nurses Áine and Gráinne, who were both so kind and attentive throughout the day. 

The surgical and recovery teams were wonderful, keeping me informed and making sure my daughter was comfortable at all times. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently, and I really appreciated the care and compassion shown to both of us.

Thank you to everyone at Daisy Hill paediatric ward for looking after my little girl so well — you truly made a difference.
