"Professional care"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Emergency Medicine

(as the patient),

I developed a nose bleed at midnight which was still bleeding over an hour later. I visited Dr Grays , hospital Elgin the A&E department. From start to finish the care I received was outstanding. The triage nurse was very thorough and considerate in his approach. I was attended to by Dr Kennedy-Thomas who was absolutely wonderful in his approach and bed side manner. He made me feel safe and comfortable as he attended to the issue of the nose bleed. He explained what he was going to do and how he would do it in great detail which I could understand.

His kind and gentle approach made me feel comfortable and safe.

Once he stopped the bleeding and had concluded his treatment I was able to leave and return home. I had a great nights sleep in the comfort of knowing I had the best treatment by a very caring doctor.
