"A profound and very heartfelt thank you."

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Urology (Ward 11c)

(as the patient),

I was unexpectedly admitted to Ward 11C recently. From start to finish the care was exceptional. I cannot find words to express how professional and caring the care was. This truly was the NHS at its very best: safe, effective and truly person-centred. You should be very very proud of your team in which every member played their part. A profound and very heartfelt thank you.

Hi virgokm48, thank you for your kind words about your experience in Ward 11C recently.

The staff work so hard to provide a high standard of care and will appreciate you taking the time to provide a positive reflection on your journey. I hope you are recovering well and will let the staff know about your positive care experience
