"All excellent from appointment to discharge"

The service from receiving the appointment to discharge was excellent, All of the staff were excellent, friendly and very professional.

The Anaesthetist and the surgeons saw me at the start and explained the procedure for each of them. Several nurses then completed the paperwork and pre op checks, took blood and checked Blood pressure etc, then took me down to get gowned up and to the theatre. It seemed to take a long time but understandably it needed to be sure all is right.

Again all explained when in theatre whilst getting me ready, then woke up in recovery and the nurses and support staff here and back on the admissions ward were really supportive and caring, nothing was too much trouble.
