"So attentive and friendly"

Referred from another hospital to Borders General Hospital. Staff were amazing, so attentive and friendly. Care was on a 1 to 1 basis which we never would have received at our original hospital. I was due an induction, the staff broke my waters and I was given time to see if labour would start on its own which it did thankfully as I was hoping for a natural birth again would not have received this service at my original hospital.

There were some complications and had to go to theatre for forceps delivery. The doctors and surgical team were amazing. At such a scary time they walked us through the whole process to help put our minds at ease and delivered my baby quickly and safely. The aftercare from the staff again was brilliant, constantly monitoring me and baby looking after us both and also my husband as they made him feel welcome as well. Can't recommend the hospital or staff enough, such a good experience from them from start to end.
