"Wrong information given"

About: NHS 24 / Scottish Emergency Dental Service

(as the patient),

I initially called NHS 24 for an emergency dental issue. Call handler told me to go to Outpatients in Wishaw General. The Emergency Dentist is based in Ear Nose and Throat not outpatients.

I was in terrible pain and not good on my feet. It would be helpful the staff knew where to send me as i had already walked past where i needed to go.
