"CBT therapy for trauma of losing partner"

About: Adult Psychological Therapies Service / Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

(as the patient),

I struggled for many years with PTSD from watching my partner die in front of me. I felt like my life was a total disaster until I started CBT. If not for Shauna, my CBT therapist, and going to therapy with her for a year I wouldn’t be where I am today, I can’t thank her enough for the help and tools she has given me. She has completely changed my life and helped me in ways I never thought possible.
