"Exceptional seamless inclusive health provision"

My adult son is profoundly deaf and has severe learning disabilities.  He recently had his wisdom teeth extracted under GA at Heavitree.  Throughout our contact with the team, his needs were kept at the centre and all the staff we had contact with worked to ensure his needs were met.  He was beautifully looked after, as were we,  and staff worked with us , his parents, to ensure his hospital experience was as smooth as possible.  We would like to thank the team for their professionalism, care and thoughtfulness.
