I took my newborn son in to have his tongue tie cut at the ENT department and we were seen by Hazel and Jane who were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
They put me and my wife at ease straight away and were so calm, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I held my son as Hazel and Jane explained what would happen and clearly explained everything about the procedure and the aftercare.
From the moment the tongue tie was cut it has made feeding so much better for my wife and my son is now thriving while having an amazing bond with his mother all thanks to Hazel and Jane.
