About: Grantham & District Hospital / Outpatients Ward

(as the patient),

Today I had bilateral t-tube insertions. As soon as I arrived on the ward I was welcomed by the staff and shown where to go. They made me feel at ease and relaxed. I was told what would be happening and spoke to both the anaesthetist and members of the team who would be doing my procedure. The care by everyone was amazing and I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me today.
