Made a visit to the HDU LAST NIGHT and in my opinion it was just like walking into a 1850s ward. It was dull smelly and the staff was nowhere to be seen.
I was watching the faces of people in a side room when the alarms was going off and the nurse in the nurses station were the alarm was also going off never made a move just sat having a drink of tea. Was at Sheffield a few days ago on their ITU and well it was so nice all the staff talk nice bright clean.
