About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as the patient),

I had my contraceptive implant refit at the clinic recently.

Lynda could not have been more helpful.

I spoke with her on the phone for advice and to arrange my appointment. She took so much time to talk with me and advise me.

The appointment itself was extremely easy, pain free and calm. Lynda and the other nurse April both made me feel at ease and made the process so nice. They were both so calm and friendly and chatty. I felt completely relaxed thanks to both of them!

Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained to me in depth, it wasn’t rushed. They really took their time.

Thank you both so much!

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
