"Went out of his way to ensure got the surgery I needed"

I wanted to thank the surgeon Dr Rawashdeh. I first saw him at the surgical assessment unit and later in the treatment centre. He wasn't able to do my surgery but he went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed and was the first doctor I have spoken to in months who really made me feel listened to and went out of his way to ensure I will get the surgery I need within the next week. I had lost faith in the NHS and he has single handedly changed that opinion
