"I was treated as a person not just a patient"

About: Antrim Area Hospital / Endoscopy Suite

(as the patient),

I attended for a flexi sig in AAH. Every staff member I came in contact with made me feel so comfortable and cared for. They let me tell my story as to why I was there and really listened to me. I was put so at ease throughout and felt I was treated as a person not just a patient. They explained everything clearly so I knew what was going on and I felt very well looked after. What I thought was going to be a very scary experience was made so much better by just lovely, kind and caring staff.
