(as a parent/guardian),

We have been under the orthoptist for a couple of years. We moved to WL services 1 year ago. (Easier for us to get to). 

Since this move we have felt more listened to and everything has been explained in a way that both myself and my child understand.
Caitlin has been consistent and listened to us at all points. She made my daughter feel comfortable coming to these appointments despite my daughters reluctance to go sometimes
