"Attentive and efficient care"

About: Kello Hospital

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Care was at all times excellent, kindly, patient and helpful. Nursing attentive and efficient. Good food, very good and cheery cleaners. Physios and OT very helpful, generously gave me zimmer and rotator. No complaints at any time. I am truly grateful for rehabilitation and checks at home to be sure I would be safe at home.

I was delighted to hear that your patient described their care as excellent whilst they were an in-patient within Kello Hospital. It was heartening to read that the patient is keen to ensure that the feedback is in relation to the hospital team as a whole and that the staff had a focus on their discharge planning.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this lovely feedback on behalf of your service user. It’s really great that their experience was so positive.

It is fantastic to hear that therapy input has helped support them both as an inpatient and on discharge home. It’s particularly lovely to see the whole team recognised for their kindness and professionalism. I know that they will be delighted to hear that they have all helped in some way towards their rehabilitation and recovery.
