(as the patient),

Attended Larkhall Health Centre just half hour after GP appointment to have blood tested.

Receptionist friendly and helpful , only one person in before me , was taken within 5 minutes and just wanted to say phlebotomist Jane was superb . Friendly , calming and superb at taking my blood ( doesn't give without a fight). 

Blood was taken painlessly with total ease and so very quickly, phenomenal, thankyou Jane. 100%
