"An appointment for a Dopplerscan."

About: Fife Community Services / Community Treatment and Care (CTAC)

(as the patient),

I had an appointment for a Dopplerscan at CTAC-North East Fife Clinic in Ladybank.  My nurse was Gary and he immediately put me at easy.  He explained in detail what would happen then asked me many questions. My blood pressure was then taken in both arms then pressure was taken on both my legs.  I was then told the results and an then explained what they meant.  I was advised to book an appointment with my GP and Gary made an appointment for me to visit the clinic again in two weeks time. At all times I was made to feel at ease and I would like to state that Gary was very professional and welcoming.

Thankyou for taking time to provide such wonderful following your recent appontment at Ladybank Treatment room.

It was lovely to hear that you were put at ease and everything was explained including the results and what they meant. It was so reassuring to hear that the nurse was very professional and welcoming.

We strive to deliver a high standard and it is reassuring to get such positive feedback. I will share this with the nurse and the team.

Thankyou again and best wishes
