"Provided good care and interventions"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency North Devon District Hospital / Medical Assessment Unit (Alexandra Ward)

(as a service user),

Triaged in 5 mins and moved into a bay within another 5 mins.

From A and E through to Accute Medical I was well looked after. The teams throughout my stay provided good care and interventions to get me well and back home.  I am so very grateful as I was very scared.

Dear lovenf57,

Thank you for taking your time to provide us with your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you needed to attend NDDH ED but glad you were seen promptly and that you were well looked after and supported throughout your stay.

Thank you again, I will ensure the ED team get to see your feedback.

Kind regards

Sophie Hutchings
