"Care and Attention shown to me"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I attended RAH, Paisley for a general surgery outpatient appointment today.  The consultant was professional but reassuring and made me feel very relaxed and listened to, she was very understanding and extremely easy to talk to.

I was then sent for a mammogram and the radiologist was brilliant, professional but friendly and made me feel at ease throughout,

I cannot fault how the whole team made me feel and I would like to praise them for their care and attention to shown to me.
