"My yearly appointment"

Treatment in the dermatology clinic was excellent, friendly and professional staff and very efficient, no prolonged waiting time.

This is the second time though that I was unable to get parked in the car park. The queue was ridiculous. I had to then park on the road, and for the second time got a parking ticket. This has been an ongoing problem for many many years, and it really needs addressing.

Also I passed bins both inside the hospital and on the grounds bulging with rubbish! 

Why are they not emptying them daily? 

Disgraceful really.
