I attended a colonoscopy appointment at Monklands Hospital. All staff in the Endoscopy unit were very welcoming, took time to introduce themselves and explain everything that was happening. The nursing team carrying out the procedure were very considerate of protecting privacy and dignity and provided constant support and reassurance throughout. A really lovely team providing a high standard of care.x
