I came to inclusion desperate and one step before losing everything I valued, e.g., family, children, work, health. I was treated with respect and got a sense of a warmth environment around me. This was mostly via 1-1 sessions with a key worker (Sue), and the weekly ACT group sessions run by Ricky.
I cannot recommend these services enough. My key worker took the time to understand me well and steer me in the right direction. She provided tests and access to health checks which are invaluable. The act work opened the whole world of mindfulness, committed actions and the act matrix which is something I still carry with me when life throws lemons at me. A huge Thank You to everyone at Hampshire Inclusion, please continue to save people like me. : )
