"Thank you for helping us quickly"

This is the only way I could find to thank your staff and ensure their boss knows about their great work. My child was admitted to Bramble Ward to have their abscess surgically removed under general anaesthetic.

The process was very fast - we are extremely grateful - and everyone including the receptionist, volunteer lady in purple t-shirt, staff and surgery team were so helpful and kind and put my child at ease.

There was an assistant or nurse called Chris in a 'Groot' (cartoon tree trunk) t-shirt who was especially helpful and kind and a calming presence who we really appreciated.

Frances was also great when she told us about after care. We want to thank your surgeon, surgical team and ward staff who work in distressing circumstances. We could hear other children who were distressed or in pain and staff remain calm, quick and helpful in upsetting circumstances. Our child  is getting better and thank you for helping us quickly.
