"Completely changed my life."

I was referred to physiotherapy service by my GP. I was initially assessed by Angus, physiotherapist at Ayrshire Central Hospital. His knowledge, advice and expertise help me understand what my treatment would entail as well as he detailed at length the reasoning for this. Angus took the time to guide me through light exercises I could do at home as well as informing me that I would be working with Alan (physiotherapist assistant) to improve my strength and core exercises as a way to help my back. 

I then started working with Alan on a weekly basis for over 3 months. His expertise, knowledge and professionalism was exceptional. His knowledge of the types of exercises I would need to assist in helping my back pain and also his ability to communicate in a way that was easy for me to understand was excellent. As a result I feel more confident and my back pain has decreased. Due to Alan and Angus input I have been able to walk more, lose of 1 stone 1/2 of weight and have pain free days at my work which is physically demanding has completely changed my life.
