(as a service user),

I met with Nurse Catriona, Dr Lynch, and medical physicist to discuss my treatment for overactive thyroid. Nurse Catriona had a caring, reassuring manner and put my mind at ease. Dr Lynch was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail, and helped me feel in control of my options and care. 

Thank you to everyone in the nuclear medicine department, you made this experience less stressful and ensured I knew and fully understood the process, risks and benefits.
