"They made sure I was okay and needed anything"

About: Nightingale Hospital Exeter / South West Ambulatory Orthopaedic Centre

(as the patient),

Would like to just thank everyone at Exeter Nightingale hospital, the service is completely unmatched.

They made you feel all at ease on arrival and in the surgical room, everyone likes to know your story and get to know you, after surgery people checked in on me to make sure I was okay and needed anything, I probably got annoying for asking for so many cups of tea (with one giant sugar) but I can’t thank you all enough.

Mr Ahearn and his surgical team deserve so much credit, the rest of the staff, Ramona, Liv and Gabie (pretty sure that’s right) and all the rest that assisted me, thank you so much, you all do so much work to help the likes of me, I hope I don’t get injured again.

Dear Jimmypsinq549,

My name is Sanisha Renney and I am the Project Support Officer at the Nightingale Hospital Exeter.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re delighted to hear that you felt comfortable, well cared for and supported throughout. Your kind words mean a great deal to Mr Ahearn, his surgical team and all the staff — including Ramona, Liv, and Gabie who work hard to provide compassionate, high-quality care every day.

I will make sure your message is shared with everyone involved in your care. Wishing you a smooth and speedy recovery and hopefully, no more injuries in the future.

Warm regards

Sanisha Renney
