"Went above and beyond for me"

About: Trauma & orthopaedics / Orthopaedic National Treatment Centre

(as the patient),

I would like to send my gratitude and praise for all at Day Surgery at the NTC Orthopaedics and the staff in Ward 1. They staff went far and above to help look after me when I was very nervous from the admission team to the Anaesthetist team to all the staff that dealt with me recovery and aftercare, you are all stars and a credit to the NHS. Kerry the Nurse that looked after my care after the surgery is second to none she went above and beyond for me and I will always appreciate her for this.

It is great to know that you had a positive experience and staff were helpful throughout your stay.
