(as a service user),

I saw John the consultant. He was so informative and listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. I am needle phobic and he was so supportive when taking bloods, which made me feel so much better. Couldn't have asked for a better consultation.

We understand how intimidating can be taking blood, particularly for patients with needle phobia, and we're truly pleased that clinician was able to provide the supportive, compassionate care you needed. Creating a calm and understanding environment where patients feel listened to and comfortable is at the heart of what we do.
