(as a parent/guardian),

Brilliant experience in Minor Injuries.  My son dislocated his finger at school.  He was in quite a lot of pain.  He was treated promptly.  The staff were really caring and reassuring.  From the Nurse Practitioner, Radiology Staff, HCA and the Support Services cleaner, everyone was so nice and friendly.  The Support Services lady even gave him a teddy bear to take with him.  Treatment was very quick.  The environment is so much more calm than the main ED.  It is also not overcrowded which can upset a child.
