Ruth was a star from the beginning, she made me feel really comfortable and willing to talk honestly. She remembered everything about me every week, that made me feel really valued.

I have seen real results from her therapy sessions, everything she has suggested for me to work on has been really well explained and worked fantastically.

Thank you for everything Ruth, you are a star.
