"She was very understanding"

About: Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

(as a carer),

My father has been referred to the continence service, I initially waited for an appointment, I spoke to the admin and explained i needed my father to be seen urgently but due to the waiting list this was not possible.

When the time came for my appointment I was visited at my home address by Naseem, she attended on time and introduced herself and made us feel comfortable. She was very understanding of my fathers situation and immediately started to help us. she advised us of whats available and what she felt he needed, she also recommended and prescribed skin barrier products. I felt like she went above any beyond to help us with my fathers needs. She knew the products well and was understanding of my fathers needs
