Excellent information, empathy, clear communication and professional thoroughness throughout

Emma particularly good but all staff were as good as you'd ever want. Medical documentation before, during and post-op  all excellent 👍 

Beet well worked through processes at the unit allowing high standards without making anyone feel rushed
