"Child put in for observation"

About: Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital / Play Service

(as a parent/guardian),

Our child came into the hospital wheezy and unwell. The staff were so kind and thoughtful, they got toys for our little one and kept us hydrated with teas and coffees. Everyone working with our daughter was kind and gentle and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. Thank you to all.

Dear castorjr45

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback following your daughter's hospital admission when she was unwell with a wheeze. I hope she has fully recovered and back to her normal self.

The staff work hard to ensure children and their families are well informed and cared for and I am pleased to hear that you received this level of care with your daughter.

Staff thrive on feedback especially when they hear about the difference they have made to a child and families experience and I will make sure to pass on your kind words to the team.

Thank you
