Filled in an e consult in the afternoon concerned about a potential chest infection. Was called an hour later with an appointment for a nurse practitioner 40 minutes after this. Very thorough examination. Have had consistently excellent care from our GP practice and feel very privileged to have the NHS and such excellent staff

The majority of GP Practices in Grampian are independent contractors, each with their own system for managing complaints and feedback. They won’t see this feedback unless it is sent to them directly.
