"Very caring, helpful and reassuring"

I would like to start by thanking the kind, caring nurse who dealt with my endoscopy pre-assessment, via phone call . This nurse was known as BJ, representing South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust via Ulster Hospital endoscopy N.Ireland

This nurse was so patient with me, responding to every single question I’d asked, very caring, helpful and above all reassuring!

I’d like to again thank BJ for her time, help and understanding. I am going in feeling very educated as to what to expect whereas before I was anxious, nervous and uneasy , now with clarity I know what will be happening with me and how it all works. Just wanted to say huge thank you.
