"Completely unsuitable"

It is extremely difficult to get an appointment. I was told that a person is only allowed to book once a month. This is completely unsuitable for someone like me who has multiple health conditions.

Getting a single appointment requires waiting at least four weeks. I feel the staff I saw in the reception team are incredibly arrogant.

I booked an appointment in early one month because I was in severe pain, but I only got one for the end of the month. Another time, I booked an appointment because of a message they sent, but the slot I received was in the following month.

Because I have multiple conditions, they send many messages (you have to book appointments) for various issues. It's really not easy to do this in person at the front reception.

My appointment was for the end of one month and the start of another, and they insisted I cancelled one of them. They kept calling me repeatedly, demanding I cancel one appointment. I tried to explain that my appointments were for different issues, but they wouldn't accept it. They kept transferring me to different people. It was extremely frustrating and upsetting. I became so angry that my whole body ached, my head felt tight, and my blood pressure rose.

I understand that you can't discuss two different medical issues in a single appointment. I understand that the doctors cannot give a lot of time to one patient.

The service from some staff in Westbury Medical Centre reception team is truly disappointing. There is never any smiling or courtesy.
